An online container to understand how shame shapes the way you see yourself, relate to others, and move through your life.

Together, we’ll explore the parts of you that learned to stay quiet, shrink, or become someone else in order to belong and begin to relate to those parts with awareness, compassion, and choice.

Rooted in shadow work, somatic healing, and God-centered devotion, this space invites you to meet the parts of yourself you’ve hidden, soften the inner critic, and return to the truth of your inherent worth.

About the Container

Shame is universal. Yet most of us have been taught to hide it, silence it, or carry it alone.

But shame doesn’t just live in our emotions, it shapes how we see ourselves.
It influences what we believe we’re allowed to feel, say, want, and become.

This journey offers a space to explore the hidden stories beneath that,
the moments you learned to shrink, perform, or hide parts of yourself in order to be accepted, loved, or safe.

Together, we’ll begin to understand shame not as proof of unworthiness, but as a pattern that formed and one that can be met differently.

This isn’t about fixing what feels broken.
This is about understanding what happened… and returning to yourself with compassion.

Shame is not the truth of who you are, it is the path back to sovereignty.

Over the course

of 3 weeks, you'll:

Notice how shame shows up in everyday moments, staying quiet when you want to speak, over-explaining, people-pleasing, or feeling “too much” or “not enough.”

Understand how shame shapes identity, who you learned to be, what you hide, and how you relate to love, success, boundaries, and rest.

Explore the patterns beneath shame, self-abandonment, comparison, perfectionism, and emotional withdrawal and begin to see them clearly.

Reconnect with the parts of yourself you’ve pushed away, your truth, your voice, your needs, and your desires.

Learn how to meet shame without collapsing into it so you can respond with awareness instead of reacting from it.

Practice integration tools, somatic grounding, journaling, reflection, and witnessing so the work moves beyond understanding into lived experience.

Meet your Teacher

Dr. Sanaa Jaman is a shadow worker, writer, and yoga teacher dedicated to helping others navigate the complexities of loss, healing, and self-discovery.

With a deep understanding of the connection between mind, body, and spirit, Sanaa integrates yogic wisdom, shadow work, and emotional processing to support individuals on their healing journeys.

A guide of the unseen, she helps others journey into the hidden corners of the self where wounds, wisdom, and forgotten truths await reclamation. Through her work, pain becomes power, shame becomes sovereignty, and fear becomes self-trust.

Sanaa leads with compassion, clarity, and embodied truth. Through journaling, movement, and deep emotional alchemy, she invites you to meet your shadow not with fear but with reverence. Because the parts you were taught to hide are not flaws. They are doorways.

Grateful for the Shift

“How do you describe someone who has removed the restrictions from your thinking? How do you describe that process to people, in a way that allows them to expect similar results? I am here to offer testimony to the value Sanàa’s mentorship has brought into my life. That’s the other challenge, how do you quantify a paradigm shift? Sanàa challenged me to look inward. The impact of her pouring into herself is immeasurable. That practice speaks to softness in the way she deals with you, patience with your growth; I am grateful to The Most High for her. “

The Journey: Week by Week

Over three sessions, we’ll move intentionally through different layers of shame, from understanding where it formed, to recognizing how it shows up now, to learning how to relate to it differently.

Week 1: Where Shame Begins

Mapping Identity, Belonging, and Early Conditioning

We begin by exploring how shame forms, not as a personal flaw, but as a response to experiences of disconnection, correction, or conditional belonging.

Together, we’ll look at:

  • where you learned to hide parts of yourself
  • who you felt you had to become
  • and how those experiences shaped your sense of self

Week 2: How Shame Lives in You Now

Patterns, Relationships, and Self-Perception

We explore how shame shows up in your current life:

  • in relationships
  • in boundaries
  • in self-worth
  • in how you speak (or don’t speak)

You’ll begin to recognize the patterns clearly—so you can start to separate who you are from what you learned.

Week 3: Relating to Shame Differently

Awareness, Compassion, and Choice

This session focuses on integration.

You’ll learn how to:

  • stay present with shame without collapsing
  • respond instead of react
  • and begin building a relationship with yourself that is not rooted in self-judgment

This is where shame shifts from something that controls you to something you can understand and move with.

For Glaiza, the container was both a soft surrender and a courageous awakening. She came in hoping to “fix” what felt broken, but what she found was the deeper truth; nothing in her needed fixing. Week by week, she discovered how to breathe through the hard moments, how to meet herself without shame, and how to trust that the pieces of her story could come together in beauty.
What moved me most in her journey was the way she began to honor her own humanity; seeing the highs, the lows, and everything in between not as failures, but as proof of her aliveness. By the end, she described herself as kintsugi; whole, not because the cracks disappeared, but because they had been filled with gold.

— Glaiza R., 8-Week 1:1 Shadow Work Container

Shame is not proof that you are unworthy.

It is a shadow asking to be met with compassion.

Come sit in this sacred container, where your truth will be honored, your story held without judgment, and your heart reminded: you are enough.
